Usually the personal information we collect about you is the information included in your application, CV or resume; for example your name, postal address, home telephone number, mobile number, e-mail address, qualifications, career history, details of any competency tests and information relating to your career.
Sometimes we collect sensitive information about you such as information about your membership of a professional or trade association or trade union; your health (including any disability), your racial or ethnic origin or any criminal record that you may have. On occasions we will seek personal information about you from a third party; for example, from your nominated referees, when receiving the results of a psychological or competency tests, or obtaining performance feedback about your work from our client. However, Rize may obtain such information without authorisation if it is not reasonably practicable to do so or if other similar circumstances exist.
